Many people have tried to explain what it means to be saved, often trying to define The Plan of Salvation in simple terms, but really can't. The event was of such importance , it is with great respect and admiration, that we, with the help of the HOLY SPIRIT, will even attempt to explain to you what happened starting at the very beginning, and why we even need Salvation.

You see, God created the earth for man. Man was to care for it, he was given dominion over the earth. Adam, the first man, was given dominion or commanding influence over the earth. The only thing Adam had to do to retain the right to commanding influence over the earth was to obey God.

God gave him a command or a do not! (Genesis 2:17)Unfortunately, Adam took it upon himself to disobey the do not God had given to him. He was tricked in the Garden of Eden by satan. The dominion he had been entrusted with, now belonged to the one who had outsmarted him. Now satan had commanding influence on the earth and he immediately threw it up in Jesuss face, the first chance he got. Isaiah 14:13-14; Luke 4:6)

Now that commanding influence had been stolen by satan, God had to find a man to begin his plan of redeeming mankind from the demonic influence of satan. He found such a man, and his name was Abram. (see Genesis 12:1-3)

Abram had come from the land of the Chaldees, (astrologers and watchers of the moon) It was after he had come out of the land of the Chaldees, that GOD began to build a relationship with him. (Genesis 15:7)

As the relationship between GOD and Abram developed, he made a covenant with him. This covenant was sealed in blood, which in that day was the highest form of agreement. (Genesis 15:17-18)

This very agreement, entered into by GOD and Abram, affects your life today and is the reason why you are here. GOD and Abram came into agreement and this agreement gave GOD permission to again operate on the earth, thus bringing about his plan of redeem mankind back to himself.
(Galations 3:29)

How? A covenant is an agreement between at least two parties, in this case GOD married Abram. After GOD married him he changed his name, to Abraham. Isnt that what happens in a marriage. In order for a marriage to take place there are certain things that must be in place. At least two parties, an altar and blood. Through marriage, GOD was again operating on the earth, thus the plan to redeem mankind out of satans grasp was moving full speed ahead. (Isaiah 54:5)

This marriage has done so much for us yet, it is the one thing which we overlook the most or have not fully grasped the significant of what occurred.

Once you accept JESUS CHRIST as LORD of your life and accept the plan of salvation, laid out for you to follow, you automatically become a partaker or an active partner in the agreement that took place between GOD and Abraham. We are the children of the Covenant. (John 1:10-11; Romans 8:14-15)

So what exactly is SALVATION? Salvation is defined as a rescue or deliverance from something or someone. It is the act of removing your from the dominion of one ruler into the dominion of another.

Salvation is a gift to you, a very precious gift. The gift of Salvation both rescues us from the curse of death and delivers us out of the control of satan into the Kingdom of GOD. (Galations 3:13-14)

The commanding influence stolen in the Garden of Eden that day, by trickery, no longer applies to your life.

JESUS death, burial and triumphant resurrection, stripped satan of his dominion over you. you have been returned to GOD through the blood of JESUS CHRIST. (Matthew 16:19-28)

Once you accept JESUS CHRIST into your heart, you are no longer under the control of any demonic force, unless you make the choice to come again under their control. JESUS CHRIST and his blood have set you free! (John 19:28-29)

JESUS absolutely crushed the powers of darkness over your life by his death, burial and resurrection. He made a fool or a laughing stock of satan openly before all of creation, and He did it just for you. Now you have commanding influence and dominion over satan, but he does not want you to know it. So he (satan) goes to great lengths to keep you blinded.

GOD has literally flipped the script in your favor! Where you once followed after satan as the god of this world, JESUS CHRIST has given you the power to stomp on his head.

He is now under your feet and no match for you. (Luke 10:19) He cannot touch you, for in JESUS CHRIST, you have passed from death into LIFE and you again belong to GOD who paid a high price to get you back from satan. (Romans 6:22-23; I John 5:1)

He loved you so much he put his own SON on the line to get you back. He paid for you in blood HIS blood. You must always remember what was done for you. (John 3:16; Romans 8:32)

Can you believe God did this for you? If you can believe that Jesus IS the SON of GOD sent to save mankind YOU CAN BE SAVED!!!

Say this prayer, and believe God...

Heavenly Father, I confess that I am a sinner, save me Lord, cleanse me from my sins in your precious Son Jesus' Name. I believe you Son Jesus died for my sins. I believe He has risen from the dead and is alive and seated at your right hand. This I do believe - I am now saved. Lord guide my steps and send me in the right direction to learn how to live a life that is pleasing to you. In Jesus Name Amen.
